Just turn the brass thumbscrews, disassemble the Doctor Chamber, and it is ready for cleaning. This will save man-hours and “downtime” on the company’s Flexographic Printing machines.
- Easier replacement of doctor blades. This can also be done without the use of tools. Loosen and tighten the thumbscrews, and the Chamber Doctor Blade System will be up and running again in no time.
- Eliminates the need for a colour tray! In Sinus II Chamber Doctor Blade system, the colour runs directly from the Doctor Chamber back into the colour chamber. Now you just place a piece of transparent plastic over the spillage tray, which collects excess colour, if any. When cleaning, the plastic film is removed and replaced by a new piece. Efficient and saves time on cleaning.
- Installation of Sinus II Chamber Doctor Blade System does not require any major rebuilding of your Flexographic printing machine. If you already have Sinus I Chamber Doctor Blade System, the upgrading even takes place without any changes to your Flexographic Printing machine, as the mounting fittings are completely identical to those of Sinus I Chamber Doctor Blade System.
